This is amazing, he looks fantastic colored in! Excellant detail on the clothes/suit ^^. I'm not an expert on anthros, so I can't offer any helpful critique, but I still love this all the same.

Very good overall anatomy. There are only three flaws I see (and one' a matter of taste). His right front paw is too small in comparison to the left, actually, but only a little bit. Most people won't notice.
The tail, I have too issues with it. First of all, it's attached too high to his back - works with the pose, but his spine would not be connected to his pelvic bone. The other thing is that I would have made it longer and a little thicker compared to his overall length (and that's where taste comes in, because there is no rule how long a tail has to be in comparison to an anthro's body ~.^).
The pose as a whole is well done and striking. All in all a good piece, for sure!

And I will have to copy the way you did the neck for anthros - Very good, more realistic than the comparably thin necks I have been drawing (now, in the past!). <.<;
