I would have liked to have finished this yesterday, but it is what it is. Happy (belated) 19th Anniversary to the release of Thomas and The Magic Railroad!!I used TankEngineNinja front view art of Lady and lucycat410 edit of Lady's CGI face as references. I hope they don't mind that.
