First base I made that I'm posting here!MS Paint Friendly!
I actually tried a method using Paint Tool Sai where I use linework layers set to "Binary Color" (essentially turns the entire layer pixelated + solid black), then for each separate color line I turn them into normal layers (make a regular layer underneath each linework layer and then merge the linework layer down to the regular one) and color them accordingly! It's really cool actually, albeit more time consuming than using Paint. I may make a tutorial at some point if people want it!
Rules:
You don't have to ask to use it! It's obviously free to use.
Click download to make sure that you get the full size! If you don't do that then it may wind up all blurry and won't be Paint friendly.
Frankendolling is completely fine, just be sure the other person is ok with it!
