Shh, there's no rush at all, you know I love drawing him ;D so don't be surprised if you see him around my gallery more often.
Did read waistcoats in his ref and I couldn't help myself, think they fit him a lot, but I couldn't imagine him wearing extremely serious-style clothes for some reason so I played around with the rest.
Also you need some day to write down a little bit more about the guy somewhere I swear.

This is kind of the running story I have so far since I made him BUT I'M SO BAD WITH CHARACTERS ETC

I was extremely curious and I'm glad you shared what you had of him so far, there's always time to change or edit stuff in the future if you decide you like an idea better than other- and so far over all, I like how the story goes-.
Plus a little background always helps inspiration when trying to come up with something to draw, and this will help a lot in the future.
