"He's done a great job so far, I promise. I've been watching after the two for a couple of months, and its almost like watching two children instead of one. But its how its always been with him, and its wonderful, despite not having your help. We all miss you dearly.. He's always so sure you'd be proud of me. I'm just thankful that we've got each other.. Molly's a lovely babysitter, and Mrs. Hudson does her part with suggestions and wisdom stuff, though I'm not sure how helpful it really is, since I'm nearly positive she never had children of her own. But I digress. John and I are doing very well for two dads who find themselves in trouble nearly every afternoon. Every few weeks, John'll have night terrors.. He refuses to share with me what they're about.. But I can imagine he misses you very dearly, and its okay for him to grieve in any way that'll help him cope. My vow still stands. Your loves are in good hands, Mrs. Watson. Cheers. SH"

"Rosie's learning steps now, though apparently, loves to toss everything she can get her tiny paws on. Including bits of experiments on one occasion, and now she sits in the pen until I can move things higher up on shelves. Still not sure who she's more like. She doesn't look like either one of us quite, and yet, she's both of us all the time. What a wonderful little girl she is... I'm glad we didn't go with Sherlock for the name.. I would be calling that name almost every minute of my life, Jesus. But I've got him... And Molly takes over when we take a case. Sherlock feels that she's safest with us. I just want to be the best father I can be, in your memory. I love her, and you. JW"
