The Flickr-account where I found Your photo seems to be full of stolen images. Therefore I suggest that You report the abuse to Flickr. That is quite simple: Follow the link that I had posted, scroll down to the bottom and use the "Report abuse"-button at the bottom right.
If photo owners don't report Flickr probably can't delete the account.

Yes, I know that this picture is on Facebook ( I don't have Facebook myself, but my daughter warned me about this) and it makes me so sad to see they have changed the colour and removed the name tag
It's too late to do anything about it, this work is shared many times.
