For Inktober 2023, I'm doing a month of mythologically originating monster people that aren't just some variation of elf or dwarf.

Horns, red skin, goat legs. These are the classic characteristics of demons that were no where to be seen in classic, medieval artwork. Nah, they were shaggy hair covered, often green or black, and -- oh yeah -- covered in faces. While an abdominal face was most seen, they could appear on the back, shoulders, or joints with the rest of the limb protruding from the mouth. These guys were grizzly, through and through, and that's despite their wide, fish-eyes and toothy smiles. Their limbs ended in talon-like claws, similar to how dragons were portrayed. Sometimes they had fish or even insect traits, but -- barring them being a being of pure chaos -- some semblance of consistency has to be maintained, so hairy with bird talons.
Furthermore, I just did a hairy goat-man, so this one had to differ, and boy do he.
