Description
This piece was done for a local art competition under the theme of "Midsummer Nights Dream".

Materials used were pencil, graphite sticks and a small amount of watercolour. This piece took between 8-10 hours to complete.

I chose to do a simple portrait of one of the characters from "Midsummer Nights Dream" using only a small amount of colour in order to make it a bit different and hopefully make it stand out ( in a good way! ). Also I chose not to do a background in order to keep the whole piece nice and simple.

Right I'll stop blabbering on now, before I get even more boring!
