wait, not Xenieth. Xenieth uses Zebra martial arts. could it be Lancer? or someone else from a FOE fanfic i haven't read yet? and is that...Gloom carrying the bag? I'ts definitely not hard to image her being pissed because of this. Also, for a Gloom quote that I just simply LOVE:

I was about to say that it doesn't quite fit the FoE universe, but I looked back at it and maybe it's Zebra homeland. I have read FoE, in fact, I've read Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons (at least to around 52 where I caught up) and FoE: Pink Eyes. I have a few on my list to read, but I'm waiting for them to finish. I hate juggling multiple unfinished storylines.

I've just noticed 'no unicorns allowed' on sign at gun shop..and in arcanum there was kinda rivalry between engineers and 'wizards'. Also it was steam punk.
