Description
A newer OC of mine, (Mao)I wanted a type of character who's been kept away from the outside world and war, but manages to sneak out and try to see the world for herself. She doesn't understand what fear and sadness are, and she's always in a happy mood lucky.... She's not a goodie-two-shoes, not hyper but not very shy, and quite friendly. She uses a bokken/wooden sword for fighting since she dislikes the concept of killing.
She's pretty much your cutesy-clumsy type
Thats it for her bio/personality so far
As for her design, I wanted very simple colours and I was going to do alt colours but my layers were all over so I'll hopefully figure out how I can do that later...
The version on the [Right] is her actual version, with the ponytail, but I added a messy-bun as well (:
Random Fun Question: If she were in the Blazblue world, who do you think she would be friends/allies with and why?

Blazblue world, I think she'd be friends with Bang, Litchi and Tao based on the pure asian-ness of her style and apparent innocence. Do love the take on the miko garb. I wish Shintoism was more prevalent here.

I have a friend who really loves the traditional miko oufit, and wanted simple colours so I decided to reverse it a lil (:
I also wish Shintoism was more favoured where I live, Canada I find is just very artificial and has no good folklore and culture lol

I love that Shinto is one of the few pantheons to have a female ruler. I also have a strong affinity for Inari and the kitsune. It's got a rich history, but it's hard as balls to find reliable info on in the west. If I ever have my own actual house with a yard and everything, I want to construct a small Shinto shrine myself.

Oh Jesus, I had a splinter in the eye once as a kid! I will never forget that shit; getting it out was an ordeal, and the weird thing is I never figured out how it happened. So yes, lol, splinters can certainly take someone down.

Very interesting Madi! I really liked the character's bio and design, though I admit that I like her better with the messy bun.
