There is this adorable fan fiction "Scout and the SpyCrab" written by Crystal124 that is well written and enjoyable.
The blue spy turn into a spy crab and red scout is his only hope to ever becoming human again.
It is like The princess and the frog expect this is not RatedG and it is team fortress style :] Hopefully She/he will finish it soon. :]

I agree with you that fanfiction actually changed my opinion on spycrabs and Spy X Scout. It's been so long since I felt such empathy for these guys CB> And might I say you captured the expressions and the personalities in them -perfectly-...That last spycabw ith the cookie for some reason reminds me of something I'd see in a disney movie. Something about its face 8I To see such a well-written fanfiction drawn by someone so talented just makes me 100 more times happy than I already was
