Yay! A drawing with some plot stuff! Since I was in need to draw something for Ashuria, how about bring a drawing with her sister? And yes, I'm talking about Kameri!As you know, the past of our fav circus girl is a mystery. Kameri was adopted by the leader of the Starian Circus, and raised her as a daughter. However, Ashuria was the one who left Kameri behind. But it wasn't on purpose! She was trying to protect her sister, since their family were hunted, for reasons that remains in secret, along with Ashuria's scars. Also, since she was born, Kameri was on a trial. Proof of that, the Prisma Chameleon chose her instead of Ashuria. So, fate teared them apart.
When they find each other again, Ashuria reveals a secret. But in fact, it was Kameri's birth name: Yudaya Saiyou.
One more thing. The symbols they're holding is another secret, passed by the Saiyou family for generations. Actually they are the embodiment of their spirits. But you'll know more about it soon!

Yes, their backstory have some secret stuff to be discovered, and expect more sad stuff, kind of a contrast, since we usually see Kameri in happy situations due to her occupation in the circus.
Well, about your question... It's kinda complicated. But I'll try to explain. The Saiyou family worships the spirits from the sky, believing in the power of stars (basically the constellations), and one of these spirits descended from the sky as a gift to this family, and they received it as a divine blessing. According to their tradition, the spirit would choose a pure soul, who could carry the burden of being a "guardian". Since Chameleon cames from a constellation with the same name...
Then, Kameri was the chosen one, and the other members of the family got corrupted by envy, because Kameri was a baby. So Ashuria left her home with her sister, avoiding the greed and desire of power of the other members from the Saiyou family.
