I think of the three sparklings as Powerpuff Girls. The red one is Bubbles, kind of like Bulkhead/Ironhide. The blue one is naughty, the Buttercup of the group. She gets into trouble like Wheeljack. The pink one is Blossom, she's obedient and fast like Smokescreen. Their gender can be a he or a she.
