Well, as characters... I like Naruto better.
However, Aang fights against nations and squads of people while Naruto and ninja mostly fight one on one and still look like they have problems doing so. So I would say Aang would win.

Well - to be honest, personally I think you did a great job on the colours...
You gave it a beautiful cel-shaded look, something which I can't do, and you handled it beautifully -
I would only say that you may want to push your highlights a little more to make the piece pop -
But overall it's an aweome piece!
