This is really good. It reminds me of the little dead girl from Kingdom Hospital.
One thing I noticed is about the left eyelashes. (Our left, not the model's left) The right eyelashes are perfect but the left eyelashes seem curled the wrong way. They look like they're leaning straight up and to the right instead of leaning to the left.
I could be wrong. This could just be because the darkness to the left of the face is obscuring the other lashes but maybe you could do a mirror image of the eyelash brush onto the left eye.

I just looked at the image again in PS and removed all of the layers to get a clearer look. The lashes are mirrored, so its just the shading on the edge of the face. But looking at it again, it does look a bit hinky, so I will play around and see if I can fix it a bit..
