Because the blue one looks better XD! I think the animators couldn't decide on what color her dress should be then later in the film they're like she looks so good in blue then at the end when her dress is changing colors. They're like pink or blue? Pink or blue? Pink or bl- F**k it I like blue!

I must say that is one of my favorite pictures of her, I've seen a lot but yours is the best one I've seen on DA in a while. Her, Bell, and Cinderalla are my top three favorites. All my friends seem to love Ariel, and i do like her, but I love my top three more. Though I must confess I love Ariel's voice, in that aspect she is one of my top princess favorites.
