I've only been to Disney World twice, the last time I went there was when I was 8. It's fun but too expensive for my taste. It's like eating food in an airport. Everything costs more. I remember paying $5 for a small thing of orange juice and it was bloody hot outside.
Well the thing with world versus land is that world was built after, thus had newer and different things. Sadly, they removed some of the rides I liked (2000 Leagues under the sea) I like that Euro Disney has a dragon

THAT was the scariest ride in the park! I remember it scaring me when I was a kid. I was fine with the Haunted Mansion, but Snow White's Scary Adventures frightened me. The Queen pops up all over the place. I hear they tamed it down so it doesn't scare the crap out of kids as much.

Most theme parks are like that though. Last park I went to was Bush Gardens with my sister and brother and she poked fun at me for carrying a backpack full on water bottles and snacks when we could "buy drinks and food there". She drank most of the water because it was so hot.
I guess the theme parks figure they have captive consumers so they can charge what they want to, but I'd rather bring my own or at least try to go on days where the weather isn't too bad.

I still hate that ride. Given that little kids go to Disney Parks, why would they have a ride that's scary? Haunted Mansion wasn't scary.
