I remember the times, when Evil Homer appeared just few months after Reubenkee's death. Evil Homer was criticized a lot for being a spriteswap of Reubenkee's Evil Ken and it was considered a great disgrace, because it was a kind of a disrespect towards Reubenkee while a mourning on him.
That's why KFM is choking Evil Homer in this drawing.

I think the biggest irony is that KFM has spikey hair and Homer usually strangles Bart, whom also has spikey hair.
