hey have you everplyed Halflife a 3D game its single player game
and the counter strike is multiplayer game for Halflife's Gaming Engine
you and your friends can play as a opponents like
you as cool as Ice is a simlar character (really good ) for Counter strike game
but for that we have to model that character in any 3D software like 3D studio max / Maya and export for that gaming engine so your character become alive and interactive and its really possible if you master in 3D software and modeling
