From 05'This is a what if Rei and Asuka from Evangelion fused together. Probably work better in color but I like how they came out.

One was where the combined girl was called Tsunami (fire and ice together) the other was where the combined girls' name was pronounced 'ice.'

Sadly no. I remember there being a simple picture of a girl in a white EVA suit in long blue hair crying with her eyes obscured.

I was not aware that there were stories written on a Rei and Asuka fusion.
Its an interesting concept but I am afraid that I do not know of any stories or pics made from them. :/
