The night went perfect.

The stars shined, as the clouds dissapate, bringing in more of the moon, as well.

Nia and Elifur enjoyed the soft, gentle breeze, letting it guide them, back to their den, with it's gentle dance. The fireflies surrounding them with a gentle light, the moonlight, shines above them, as the light hits them, the warmth of it, ever so calmly.

Elifur kept his eyes, head, while one shifted at his baby, next to him.

He was so proud of Nia. Of what she learns, so far. It wasn't easy. Getting things memorised, but Nia proved that to be wrong, as she clearly memorised everything. It was.... precious. Something of a sweet innocence of a puppy, that he wishes to preserve, for as long as time and space, itself.

Nia kept her paws in time, with her papa's. She smiled. Her lessons went exceedingly well, according to her papa. Whatever exceedingly means, that Is.

The more she walked, the more she felt her eyes slowly close, before opening them, again. Exhaustion, perhaps? It was a long night.

Shivering, suddenly, perhaps from the cold or the exhaustion, itself, she kept close to her papa, letting his body, guide her, as her legs were too tired to do it, themselves.

Elifur felt Nia press up, against him, and glanced down. Nia's eyes were just about to close. A low chuckle escaped. She must be tired.

Slowly, he sat down. It wasn't too late, the moon can guide them home. They're not even that far, from reaching to their den, either.

Nia felt her papa, slowly, sitting down. Shivering, slightly, she pressed up, against his flank, trying to soak in her papa's warmth. He felt warm, so soft, gentle, it soothed her aching body.

And before she knew it, the touch, slowly soothed her, enough, to let her eyes, close. As if it guided her, to a gentle sleep.

Elifur kept his eyes on his baby, as he felt her body, against his. A warm, gentle, smile planted on his muzzle. Nyofu had done so much, tonight. Truly commendable.

His eyes glistened, at so many thoughts.
His baby. His beautiful little Nia. Such a gentle soul. How she makes him smile, how she makes anyone smile, with something as simple as a silly face expression. And just....the innocence of a sweet little pup.

These were the traits that he hopes Nia would never grow out of.

Slowly, he wrapped his tail around her, keeping her warm, before lowering his head, giving Nia a soft lick, and soft, shushing sounds.

It was moments like this, that made Elifur so proud, of being a papa. Just sitting here, in the warmth of the night, cuddling his sleeping daughter....

Giving her his nightly comfort....

Ahh, more beautiful papa and daughter moments....

I'm, actually, so proud of how this turned out. The sky, especially, is getting so much more easier, to do, especially the clouds.

Though I need to work on shading, more, I'm loving how Elifur and Nia turned out.

Just a warm, gentle moment between a papa and his baby.

These two, I will never tire, from.
