its actually only a 6 megapixel sony... its a pretty good camera, but not as good as my old one, i used to have a nikon d100, which was killer

eww. so what happened to the nikon! thats a nice camera, i was looking at the nikon d200... then decided with my price range i would probably be better of going for a d80 and a couple lenses, none the less. it was a great shot.

yeah the d80 is a good choice, especially if you want money leftover for extra lenses. yeah im totally pissed about the camera, it got jacked from my house about a year ago. i think it was my brother, or one of his buddies but never did find out. i want to get another one soon, but their a bit pricey....the sony is more my party camera, its trashed...

wow that really sucks. i just picked up my D80 and i LOVE HER!!! haha. shes gonna take some getting used to though, over using a cheap ass little sony. but so worth it. overall with lens memory card ect,, she set me back a little over $1500 so it really wasn't to bad.
