Heh, nice.
I personally like those type of backgrounds and colors. And rainy backgrounds are my favorite ones. The lamppost glowing and the blurry building in the background make a really nice, calm picture.
And Percy doesn't get many calm moments from the mean 'ol world so I imagine that he appreciates it.

The category says it's in digital art, but the cityscape looks like it was painted on a canvas. That's pretty nice.

Haha. First I was confused about who Uncle Rick was, but then I got it.
