Yes, there was a time when I was into Mass Effect ! Meet Axelle Shepard, my fem!shep like people say.Infiltrator / Earthbound / Orphan / Paragon (mixed with quite some Renegade vibe)
(My Mass Effect Fan-art are a little bit old... I would say about one year ago.)

You have a fairly good eye ! It's true, at the time of this drawing, I was going through a US cartoon / comic phase. Xddd
However, I wish to have these kind of dynamics shapes and lines we see in your example picture, I have not yet integrated this notion in my brain and hand. ;___;
I'm truely sorry, I didn't attend to be agressive ! It's this computer feeling thing which turn a lot of sentences cold toward any interlocutor. On contrary, your comment was quite flattering, I really appreciate your curiosity and concern about my works ! I just wanted to say, illustration tend to be more refined than animation drawings which have to be quick to draw due to the numerous images to create for moving them, this is just my point of view, no harm in it. o.o

Hmm... from my point of view Mass Effect has good point and some real bad flaw.
It's a Third Person Shooter, Action, Rpg. Set-up in space.
The character personalization (physiognomy), give a real bond to me with my protagonist, I'm pretty fond of this kind of option when I choose a game, especially when this function serve fully the story.
It's a Trilogy, and the gameplay quite evolve/change with each game. Nonetheless, the mix of shooting style + skill power were really enjoyable. Also, you have choices to make during the course of your fight for the sake of the galaxy, but it's pretty much divide in two options to choose, for some it's an issue, for me I think it's just a way for developers to maintain some control over the story and how the telling goes.
About the main story, it's pretty classical. The interesting writing lies in its gargantuan background which create a fully flesh and lively universe, and also in the banter/dialogue you had with your troupe of companions you will encounter/enroll, characters can be really fun partner.
In my opinion, its flaws belong essentialy to the main narration. There was some incoherence I really didn't understand. The last game of this trilogy was also a bit boring for me (even if it was the one I enjoy the most the gameplay).
I think in general, it's a pretty good game.
