yeah, my nephews ruin everything. don't even get me started on using clay, that's a bigger mess.

what's wrong with the profile?
it is totally flat, but that's only bc she's an animal so i assumed her brow and eye area aren't as pronounced as they would be with a human. maybe i missed something.

animals arn't flat seen from side-view, they accually have more accentuations then humans. but i ess animal-people side views arn't easy to do unless your an antro fan and draw it all the time lol

no, they aren't flat. i was going by a cat's face which in a profile view is sort of triangular, but since she doesn't look completely animal-like i just made the face flatter so it wouldn't be as ugly as using purely animal proportions and such. i can do anthro things, though i tend to stay away from them because they don't appeal to me at all aesthetically. i think they're ugly as hell D:

my best sujestion who be to have searched a final fantasy 11 mithra face side view, i think the think that's catching my eyes is because mouth and nose are so low on the face's proportion,

ah, i wasn't really going for realism or anything plausible like ff. i guess it only makes sense to me. :]
i'll be sure to reference some other anthro stuff if i ever do anything similar. i tend not to use refs when i should, just take things out of my head and it doesn't always work out.
