I haven't done any photomanipulations in years, and it took some really special stock material to inspire me again. I've never worked with vintage photos before, and what I wanted to do was take the original work and sort of bring the focal point out of the picture and into the real world, I suppose. The subject is already quite lovely -- she's timeless, etherial. Everything she touches seems more alive. I just gave it a bit of a fantasy twist.

So I created this from a vintage stock photo posted here , which belongs to or (Stock account and regular account -- I just thought it'd be polite to include both) and she deserves many thanks for posting such beautiful material for our artistic use.
