Still (re)watching Zero no Tsukaima, but I learned something neat: apparently, the company behind the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games (Marvelous) was also the main producer for ZnT. :0 (I wondered why some of the characters looked like other characters, lol.)

Anyway...

I initially thought Cattleya (right) reminded me of Lyla (left; from Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley/Save the Homeland); I STILL DON'T KNOW WHY, ughsdfsdfasdfs. ;-; Like Lyla, Cattleya has a gentle demeanor (and pink hair), but... that's about it? Heh.

I ended up drawing them together 'cause why not -- what's another small crossover project of mine gonna do (except be stared at with reproach)?

Tried a "retro"-anime feel for both background and line art. I think I need to play around with it a bit more.
