LOL! You should see the 20 some odd other Mario related cross stitch pieces I have on here! They all became Christmas tree ornaments, and every year we get compliments on our tree!

Well, it all depends, really. I think if you have a good source image, then it's not so bad (take every other mario cross stitch for example...they all had nice clear source images). This one however, I was unable to find a good one to use, so I found a website where I could play Mario 3 online for free, and I paused the game when the pirahna plant, hit that lovely Print Screen button and created a beautiful screen shot. The only problem was the pirahna plant and pipe were literally like an inch and a half tall, and I had to look VERY closely at every single detail and apply it to paper (mentally enlarging it, and the graph paper helped). So yeah, the stitching was a breeze once I got the pattern on paper (I even go so far as to get out colored pencils and color in the patterns so I don't screw up when I'm stitching it!)
