I was always under the impression he couldn't, what with being undead. I'm not to caught up on my vampire rules, and they keep changing constantly anyways, but I've assumed that his hair would stay the same as when he died unless he suddenly gained more power over his physical appearance. Being a Failpire, I don't see this happening anytime soon. On the other hand judging by the state of his side burns I've created a head!cannon where when he died he had well-manicured facial hair but had slightly unsightly arm and leg hair. This might be based on all of the hipsters I see in my city rocking facial hair (the handlebar mustache is making a comeback) and burly arm hair. It's also just because I'm a bitch and I love the idea of prim and clean Conrad being stuck with a legbeard for the rest of existence.

Haha, well, actually, the simplest explanation of this is that it's fanart of fanfiction of a webcomic. Hanna is Not a Boy's Name [link] is the comic in question, and the two characters are Conrad (left) and Doc Worth (right). Conrad is a British neurotic metro vampire with some anger issues, Doc is a back alley Aussie sawbones with a personality that's one part House, MD and one part Hunter S. Thompson. This pic is based off of a continuing AU being written by some friends about a post-apocalyptic world where a plague has taken out an alarming amount of the population and monsters, demons and magic are running amok. Chainsmoking and explosions and Journey references ensue.
