Really nice job. I really like the contrast between the blurred objects and the ones that are in sharper focus. It's great to finally be able to see some of your work. Keep it up!

I have so many thoughts going on at once that I wish we had an on/off switch. At times it gets overwhelming doesn't it! lol

You're right, though my thoughts are still caresses compared to my environment's manner...
If your mind is "messy" like this at times, then try listening to some calm music and concentrate on it. I calm myself like this a lot of times, and it works. At least for me .

I think I'll take your advice. I head out to my garden when I really get spinny!
That's the only place where I can totally relax, just me and nature and I don't feel like I have to put on a happy face to protect my loved ones from my sadness.

You have a garden? Lucky you! If you have some time, then try to lure the birds to the trees there, if there is any. The choir of birds is just... duh, who I'm telling this to?
If there is a rock in the garden, try "listening to it as it grows". Its a Zen trick. I couldn't try it - since I had no opportunity to do so. But its just me. lol

Poor dog. And poor birds.
But you can see all those cute little squirrels!
