Why did I draw this, this is not a holiday type present nor is it a commission style picture. Aaaagh.Pepito of the Madeline series of books and cartoons and computer games and what have you. He was a very good boy after he nearly got killed by stray dogs, but before that he was "the worst little shit".
I hope I got the hat right.

l;mao! omg He so needed his own series or book series of some crazy adventures etc, not just madeline lol.. but still yeh he was always a fave what is it with me and guys with the whole chin or neck lenth hair thing going ohn o.O? Kohaku in Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi, Howl in Miyazakis version of howl's moving castle and Pepito.. god this phase has been with me since i was a lil girl lmao.. you evil maggiekarp, but you are VERY good at it lol..XD

I sometimes compare Pepito to Thomas1Edward2Henry3's character, Crovan, originally 87546 from The Railway Series books. Both characters were initially very arrogant and rude to the main cast in their debuts, but both Pepito and Crovan have changed a lot. They have both cleaned up their rudeness to some extent and now treat their friends with much more respect and compassion. Sure, they can still be a bit rude and pompous from time-to-time, but, other than that, they've changed their ways for the better.
