Candle Bud Ponies
Candle Bud Ponies are actually a common species of pony, usually found in woods or field areas; they enjoy nature and are very fond of flowers, and candles. In fact,
the candle buds found on them and in their bushy tails are made out of mostly candle wax. At night, the candle buds will open up to reveal beautiful glowing flowers that
shine bright like flames; they only open up at night though, when the suns sets. The ponies have no control over the buds, they open on their own. As for what candle
bud ponies do, there are two kinds. Some prefer to raise and grow flowers, helping them bloom in the spring and closing their buds in the winter. As for the other half of
the species, they prefer making candles; mostly flower scented ones. As you probably have guessed, a candle bud pony with a broken horn/one born with no horn at all,
is useless.
Although in very VERY rare cases, one may be born without a horn. It is also very rare for a candle bud pony to only have one or a small amount of candle buds. Usually,
only three candle buds is considered rare and even less buds than that very very rare. For Candle Bud Ponies, the more candle buds, the more accepted you are. A lack of
candle buds would be uncharacteristic of a candle bud pony and possibly a sign of a mixed breed.
All candle ponies have pastel and soft colors, not including the inside of their candle buds and the glow that comes from their horns, which glow and illuminate the night.
They are the nicest of pony species and if angered somehow, the glow from their horns will fade slightly and their candle buds will start to drip wax. Be careful, an
angered candle bud pony could be really bad news. The melted candle wax when dripping, is VERY hot and can do a lot of damage to the skin of a normal pony. However,
it doesn't effect other candle ponies, their pelts are immune to the hot wax.
Candle Bud Ponies are a closed species for now.
