It's not a scrap, OBVIOUSLY xD (it has two days of work on it).But I'm planning to draw a background (which is pretty hard for me, actually xD), and for now it will remain in this category until I fulfill my expectations (or just surrender and make it into a deviation as it is
).The idea came across while doodling, and I just really wanted to draw Rouge in a wedding dress without OCCing her XD
