It's CAD, and the skin doesn't have a name, I made it like an hour ago lol, the case is from my softy cad skin, and the buttons are a mash up of coversutra and an other make application.

I'm happy to see you are glad that I am back haha, the ob skin is by me, but I don't really mind sharing it, just know that you need to change the bar.bmp to match your wallpaper for the best result. I included a psd in the folder to help you do that. Oh and I don't claim that I made the graphics, they are probably all by apple or someone else, I just modded them. [link]
