I really liked this painting and the drawing is the most remarquable feature. Did you paint it from a picture, or directly outside?

Lovely drawing. My only criticism would be of the tree on the far right; the line going down the left side of the tree trunk is too heavy as the shadow is on the right. Otherwise, this is a beautiful composition.
