I don't think it means they lack education, I think it means they're less creative. Alternately, swearing once or twice is good for emphasis, but swearing too much kinda degrades their arguement.

I hate them pricks that feel the need to say fuck 3 times per sentence but what Fry is referring to are the sort of people who hear a swear word and immediately talk down to that person like they're an uneducated moron.

I mostly agree.
It depends on how a person goes about using the swear words. If they use them after every other word incorrectly, without much hint towards a higher vocabulary other then F***, Damn, S***, B***, B******, and the like, I will be inclined to politely tell them that they need to go back to school and pay attention in English class (or whatever).
But other then that, cuss away ^-^! Just not around little kids -_-!
