WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO US, HARVEST MOON? STOP RELEASING AMAZING SEQUELS TO GAMES THAT HAVE ONLY BEEN OUT FOR A MONTH HERE.

Sequel to Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility is called Harvest Moon: Waku Waku Animal March (shortened to Wakuani, or translated to Exciting Animal March). It's available in Japan right now, which means we probably won't see it until late 2009 (or early 2010, if Natsume behaves LIKE IT NORMALLY DOES and delays stuff over and over again).

Wakuani is, in short, everything that Tree of Tranquility is to the power of one million awesomeness. I'm not going to praise it too much here, because enough people do that in forums without my help. But if you want a summary of the awesomeness of Wakuani, just watch its intro video here: [link]

Guess what! He's a marriage candidate!! Sorry, Jin, it was fun while it lasted!

Kinda disappointed that his name is just "Wizard" though. Why can't he be "Wizard Prince" like the Witch Princess in that other game... or just have a normal name...

From now on, I'm calling him... Rodney. Rodney, you sir have fantastic hair!! XDXD

UPDATE: It has come to my attention that Mr. Wizard (henceforth to be known as Rodney) has DIFFERENTLY-COLORED EYES! o_O; The resources available to me (tiny official artwork piece and in-game video - see links above) have his right eye obstructed by hair, but the difference is quite clear after looking at this comic: [link] So, I updated the pic to reflect this newfound discovery.

I haven't decided yet if I think the mismatched eye colors are cool or creepy. :<

UPDATE AGAIN: Apparently Mr. Wizard's real name is Gale. Thanks, everyone! n.n Also, I think those eyes are pretty neat. As someone on the Ushi no Tane forum said, as far as anime and video games go: heterochromia = badass backstory.

FURTHERMORE. Finally have a decent reference for this guy, now that the official site updated with wallpapers for all the characters: [link] Yikes, I made some awful mistakes in the ZOMGMAGICTATTOOS around his eye and those decorative necklaces and brooch. A more accurate drawing is on the way!
