How: Graphite scan, outlined with CorelDraw, colored in MSPaint
When: 2007
Notes: Penelope is Mackenzie's closest friend and plays an important role in the crime-solving team. More often than not, that "important role" involves her becoming the victim in some way, usually requiring Mackenzie's rescue. Such is the life.
Penelope is an adorable character. When I draw her, though, she looks like a Powerpuff Girl. The yellow circles floating around her head are fluffs of hair. I don't know how she gets them to float. It's the one mystery that Mackenzie will never be able to solve.

Cute! Personally, I decide her hair was tied and the puffs were the bottom after the tie. It's the locks of hair connecting it all that's missing XD
