Chakravartin wins easily, he is more larger than a galaxy and he can throw planets and stars as attack in one of the battles, and also he can use a powerful beam capable of destroy easily any planet and star in its path. Darkseid's omega beams are a joke comparing to the beam of chakravartin.
I dare to say that darkseid only have a chance in this battle if all the new gods of apokolips and new genesis help him to battle chakravartin and even with this support, i still think that chakravartin would wins easily

Well, you're right, i read about the new gods and i find that in their fourth dimension, their home, they are actually giants, even apokolips is confirmed be far more larger than the milk way. But the reason to the new gods be of the size of the humans is because the boom tubes generated by their mother boxes change their sizes when they enter in our dimension.
Then if chakravartin face a darkseid with his normal size in the fourth dimension, maybe darkseid have a chance to defeat chakravartin.
