iT IS, Belive me XDD Christams, aprils fool and stuff are excuses to do multiple fanservice requests.
Just some scenes are a bit... well weird. Mainly when france is there, he speaks, like one of the worst i think is when chibi italy asks him what "intercourse" means, and france explains it like "then you go **** adn *** on a **** with ***-" (its all censored in the anime an manga)
