sure it's art! An expression of your emotions. I like this alot. The colors are great. I've been feeling rather stressed out myself, and this very much conveys that emotion. good stuff as always!

she really does look stressed and tired.
the eyes and the mouth, even though they are not incredibly details, really make them look this way.
and you drew those cool chest bones that I like
