Tifa North American looking face... enh, okay, sure.
Regardless of whether or not I agree with your depiction of Tifa in some aspects, this is good art and should be credited as souch. It's rough in a lot of the right ways (her right glove palm looks like it's patchy and losing the color, possibly from fist clenching and heel strikes, for instance) and I do like how you color hair.
Some of the shadows seem remarkably sharp, and I can't tell if you meant to do that or not, but it doesn't really detract from the picture anyway, so there you go. Oh, and something about her hair seems too static around her face.
Could be better, but I wouldn't want it to by much at all, and it's very very good how it is now.
Especially that her eyes are almost the right shade of reddish-brown.
