Ok, you kind of had me confused, since it's not actually called a "Vector" layer. That is indeed pretty cool though, even if I probably won't ever use it xD

In SAI I hovered over it and it was labeled as "vector layer". So to me, it is a vector layer. I don't know what else it would be since SAI itself says that it is.
