This is my Secret Santa Gift to for !
She adores Russia / Ivan Braginsky, so I drew him in traditional attire~
I don't think I gave him a big nose, dear!--but enjoy~

My inspiration for this picture came from many aspects of Russian culture~!
Ivan is drinking Russian tea from a traditional podstakannik, it's literally a tea glass holder!
Next to him is a samovar, some sort of large broiler pot to hold and heat the tea in!
To his left, you normally would serve lemon slices and Russian tea cakes to compliment the tea~ To his right, sugar cubes also come with the tea to sweeten it~
Of course, Ivan is never without his sunflowers~

The cross that Ivan is wearing is a symbol of the Eastern Orthodox Church! They celebrate Christmas in early January~
