Description
An animated version of my Tugs OC, Chloe Star. In this picture, she has just turned eighteen, and is given back the mermaid whistle that she was wearing around her neck when OJ and Captain Star took her in. When she was a child, Chloe had no memories of her early life, due to getting hit in the head by a shark's tail fin while her biological parents were fighting off the beast. So, when Chloe was told to try the whistle at age four by Captain Star, she was terrified of her fishtail, so she blew the whistle again when she got out of the bathtub; that turned her into a human, and Captain Star decided that it would be best to keep the whistle away from the child until she turned eighteen and fully understood.
Now that she's reached this birthday, Chloe is surprised in a good way about her ability to turn into a mermaid with this whistle, and she appears to enjoy it in this picture. However, she still has questions about why she has a deep connection with the water. Will Captain Star and OJ ever tell her the truth about how she was found, and what happened to her parents?
