this is a sword i made while playing around with some zelda things i made. it is supposed to be an anti master sword perhaps used by dark link. my freind calls it the "emo sword" because of the skull on the blade and the grim colorsRelated content

personally its not a zelda sword in my book because of the skull. I'd do an Inverted Triforce there and THEN itd be perfect!

I used Macromedia flash and fireworks. just lines and fills, I deleted the lines.

Awesome sword design! Yea, the skull's detail really doesn't do the hilt justice... >.> I have to say this sword is better than my Phoenix Blade by far ^.^... And seeing as how I love my creation, take that as an almighty compliment O.o

this is a pretty cool idea for a 'hylian sword' or some kind of item pre master sword because it incorporates the hillian bird symbol, very cool.

I made this using macromedia Flash. during the process of making the hylian shield picture, I thought I would use the master sword I made to make a new sword. i used the line tool to make the master sword the first time, so i just modified it using the wings from the hylian crest and then just drew up a little skull with the line tool. after I finished tweaking it made the outlines I filled them in with the paint bucket to look shaded. after that I erased the lines and then used Macromedia fireworks to convert it into a JPG.

actually it was the little red dot mouse thing in the middle of a laptop (dont know what it's called) i was at school when i made it. and I only just got a tablet in july.

I like the design, captures enough of the Master Sword to be recognisable but is different enough to be identified as its own weapon. The wings do remind me a bit of the Ultima Weapon from Final Fantasy VII, which is not a bad thing as I think this sword looks far less rediculous. The only thing that looks a bit out of place to me, and this is purely a personal thing, is the skull. Perhaps it might have been better with the eye device sen on Agahnim in A Link to Past and on Ganondorf (I think, I forget).
Still I don't want to nitpick too much, it's a very well envisioned and executed design

thanks, the wings are actualy based off of the hylian crest, and as for the crest i had the same feelings myself. I could probably use somthing like the gerodo symbol (old or new) or maybe the eye.
