I love how you brought her to life, Kida was always one of my favorite princesses and the fact that I found this amazing depiction of her as a human in real life is getting me all excited. Your coloring, shading, and lighting was amazingly done it gives her the 3D effect of being there with her. I also love how you made the 'magic' Atlantean letters float with the blue swirls around her, it gives off the real power and magic of the crystals. I love how you portrayed her hair with the flowing effect of her being in water along with the blue lighting of being underwater. I do seem to think the anklets are to... bulky. I feel you should have gone with smaller thinner gold anklets to help show off her petite figure. For me they are just to big on her and are almost unflattering. I do have a small issue with her... I think features is what I'm looking for. In the movie her ponytail is on her left side, her blue tattoos are under her left eye, and her bracelet is supposed to be on her left side as well. She also had a sort of thick gold hoop earring on her right side. Other than some jewelry quirks that I have and a minor switch up of features I still think she looks amazing and realistic. It's been a while I have not done criticizing, so I'll do my best.
I'll start with the character. I don't know if you try to drawn her as if she floated, because if so, it is very successful e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f⦠" width="34" height="15" alt="
The blue suspension next to her is as if there was magic in the air and it makes the painting even more interresting. The gradients on the skin allows the character has more volume and thanks to this we may know that there is almost 3D.
There is also the effect of blue light on her body that makes the painting even more alive.

For the hair I don't know. I think something is missing, but I don't know what.

The colors are very appropriate the hues of blue are just fantastic. The pose could be more flow but still nice overall. The alantlanian language flowing about is also very nice. The hue of her skin I feel should be on the darker side and prehaps her features should be more africanized because thats how she appears more so in the film. The backgroud is well done again the colors are great and I also love her ankle braclet it looks like a photo of a real anklet, the backgroud also apears like a real photo, which shows awesome skill. Overall well done.

First of all, I'd like to say that I LOVE THIS MOVIE. I love seeing good art from it since it's so underrated, especially ones that are as detailed as this one.
I love how you captured the mood of this whole scene, with all of the blues and blacks and how you captured Kida. Your style stays real to the character and you can instantly tell that it's her other than the fact that she is not cartoony or anatomically disproportionate. I also love how detailed you are about the Atlantian writing in the background, especially since finding the writing on the internet is pretty hard and learning it even harder.
However, as much as this piece stands out, I find one problem with it: her pose. I love the use of the arms and most of her upper body, but below her sternum is what bugs me. The lower half of her body looks very awkward and stiff. When you watch the scene in the movie, Kida's body is free flowing and completely under the control of the crystal and feels no intention to break free from it. In here, she doesn't look like it at all and, to me, she doesn't look as relaxed as I'd picture her to be.
Of course, this is your interpretation since it's far from what the "Disnola" style looks like, but personally if you wanted to capture the power of this scene in the film, the use of her body language is what I feel to be one of the important parts of interpreting this part of the movie.
