There's no size limit, take a look at my gallery and you'll see all the different sizes.
But if you want your deviations to move without preview image on DA, they must be 150x150 maxi.
For larger gifS, you can also have a moving preview image: just make a smaller gif 150x150 maxi of your deviation.

Yeah, I just don't like his hair that much lol! For the cheekbones, they're sharper in Dark Angel and the first SPN season, I think.
