You'll get there. It's a style that is hard to capture being the bodies are a bit awkward in design as well as the face.

If you want, you can look up MMD. It's a 3D program that uses models. Don't worry, it's easy and light to use and all you need is on the official website where you can download it. Just read everything you need carefully. Anyway, once you download it and get it set up, there are models of the Winx characters on DeviantArt including a naked base. This could help you study the body a bit to get it right.
