This is amazing! Just by blurring on top and bottom you get this effect? I can´t believe the outcome! Before reading the explanation I was doubting if it was a model or a real city! Great!

Perfect tilt-shift. Deviant really needs a place for tilt-shift. I have a whole folder full of them that I took back in early 2003 via plane, train motel rooms from Chicago to New York. poor views cause no specific place for it.
